KALYX

Privacy Notice

Effective 7 September 2026

KALYX is a private-beta business workspace. This notice explains how KALYX handles information when you use the platform.

Information KALYX processes

KALYX processes account and workspace information you provide, such as your email address, workspace name, and the business data you choose to create, import, or connect in the platform.

Google data

If you choose to connect Google, KALYX requests only the permissions needed to provide the Gmail and Google Calendar features you activate. KALYX uses that data to show, search, draft, send, create, and manage email or calendar work at your direction. KALYX does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google data is not shared except with service providers necessary to operate KALYX or where required by law.

How information is used

KALYX uses information to authenticate users, operate workspace features, execute requested actions, maintain security, and improve reliability. Workspace access is restricted to authorised members of that workspace.

Security and retention

KALYX uses access controls and hosted infrastructure to protect data. Information is retained while your account or workspace is active, and for a limited period needed for security, backups, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may disconnect Google from KALYX or request account and workspace data assistance by contacting us. Disconnecting Google stops future KALYX access; Google may require you to remove KALYX access from your Google Account separately.
